At NRF 2019 last week, I talked to Samsung’s Director of Enterprise Sales Hamshy Raveendran about some of the biggest challenges retailers face today and how Samsung is addressing those pain points for customers and brands alike.

We also got a look at some of the most exciting retail innovations to come from experts including Vala Afshar, Chief Digital Evangelist at Salesforce; social media influencer Evan Kirstel; John Soricelli, the Director of Technology and Analytics at Home Depot; and Nicole Reyhle, founder of Retail Minded.

One of the most anticipated innovations in retail? The connected home. I talked to Ian Hutchinson, head of Business Development for the Retail Vertical at Samsung Electronics America, about the relationship between future homes and the future of retail.

I had a blast performing with the band at Rock & Roll Underground (for the 6th year in a row!) during NRF 2019 last week, in partnership with Incisiv.
