For the past three months, I’ve been working on a project I couldn’t wait to share.

Today, I couldn't be more proud to finally unveil The List, a distinguished group of 31 industry visionaries honored by Ad Age, in partnership with Facebook.

I still can't say much (the future is unwritten) but I can say that I am fired up to be working with this group to unpack, workshop and ultimately affect change on an issue that matters - from equalizing gender to de-stigmatizing mental health.

I couldn't be more proud to be one small part of this change-making program. Stay close to my social and blog to see what kinds of things this incredible group accomplishes.

Last month I attended #AdAgeNext, a two-day marketing conference in New York that featured speakers including Girlboss CEO Sophia Amoroso, Endeavor CMO Bozoma Saint John and Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian.

My biggest takeaway from the conference: Now more than ever, companies are focused on the “human element.” To stay on-brand, I asked attendees and editors about some of the problems their organization is solving WITHOUT technology. Head to Ad Age to see some of my favorite answers.

And speaking of being human, head to Northeastern University's Experience Magazine for my tips about exercising restraint on social media.
