Three months ago, I introduced a collaboration between Ad Age and Facebook. We asked 31 thought leaders: If you could change one thing about the advertising/marketing/media industry, what would it be?

We called the group The List and charged members with identifying - and solving for - this industry challenge, with the power and resources of Ad Age and Facebook behind them.
