Yes we Cannes.

Three months ago, I introduced a collaboration between Ad Age and Facebook. We asked 31 thought leaders: If you could change one thing about the advertising/marketing/media industry, what would it be?

We called the group The List and charged members with identifying - and solving for - this industry challenge, with the power and resources of Ad Age and Facebook behind them.

In my latest for Ad Age, I share the full story of how The List came to be - and why we're spending the rest of the year advancing family-forward leave policies.

Plus, head to The List on Facebook to see some of our favorite moments from Cannes.

When it comes to fertility, why put all your eggs in one basket?

Many of my close friends have traveled the world for fertility treatments, while others field the insensitive line of questioning about if/how/when they're going to have kids. But friends: There is no formula for family. Which is why I couldn't be more excited to introduce you to Trellis, New York's newest women's fertility studio.

Trellis is dedicated to the modern, urban woman planning for her future family - with transparent costs, online appointment booking and women founders. Here's to creating the future.
