About Late Night

A huge shout-out to the company who made my advance screening of Late Night possible with over 200 women in attendance - MMLaFleur, a women-owned, women-run clothing brand with a gorgeous NYC showroom (that also makes my lovely dress).

Before the screening, I spoke with Ladders about how to improve the sometimes arduous relationship between boss and employee. Read my tips here - and also find out what we can learn about workplace behaviors from the movie.

Finally, thank you to everyone who came out to the see the film - we’ll catch you next time!

Long Shot Advance Screening

Last week, I got to host an advanced screening of Long Shot, in partnership with Lionsgate. In the film, Seth Rogen plays the role of a journalist who falls in love with the next President of the United States, played by Charlize Theron (she has my vote). If you haven’t seen it yet, check out the trailer (I dare you not to laugh).

Huge thanks to everyone who came out to see the film, and to AMC Lincoln Square for hosting us!

Wayne's World 25th Anniversary

Wayne's World had a huge impact on pop culture when it was first released - 25 years ago - in 1992. The film not only put bands on the map with its iconic soundtracks; it also introduced some of culture's most popular catchphrases. (Party on! NOT.)

I was so proud to work with New York Film Critics for the 25th anniversary of this iconic movie.

Take a look at the #WaynesWorld and #WaynesWorld25 hashtags to see what people are saying about the anniversary screenings that took place in theaters around the country this week.

Rock on!

Paramount Picture Presents: Arrival

The show must go on.

I recently hosted the NYC screening of Paramount Pictures' momentous new film Arrival, starring Amy Adams, Forest Whitaker and Jeremy Renner.

The film is about a monstrous extraterrestrial spacecraft that lands on earth and disrupts everyone’s lives. Residents scramble for answers and try to figure out what to tell their children - and it’s up to one strong woman to save humanity. (Sound at all familiar?) The film hit theaters Friday, so check it out!

Thanks to AYZA Wine & Chocolate Bar and to the goop team for a great afterparty.
