#Natchelorette Party in the Cayman Islands

We Cayman, we saw, we conquered.

A huge thank you to Cayman Islands Department of Tourism and Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa for an unforgettable #Natchelorette weekend. I had an amazing time celebrating my upcoming wedding with a few of my favorite girls, Alyssa Campanella, Jessica Naziri, Marjana Jaidi and Courtney Donisi. We wined, dined, danced and dove with stingrays, and it was truly a trip to remember.

Thank you to Ted Baker London, Luna Bar, Skin BetterSidway Swim, Pure WineISDIN USA and CBD For Life for the lovely lovely gift bags for my girls.

We’ll be back, Cayman.

Grand Cayman Island Tourism Talk

Over the summer, you may recall that I took a Euro-trip with Samsung Business to showcase how Samsung's Bixby Vision helps me identify landmarks (and translate foreign menus). What you might not have known is how instrumental the tourism boards of Austria and Germany were in helping me gain access to the landmarks, sites and sounds of both countries.

That trip was one example of the power of unlikely partners (in this case, Samsung Business and the Austria Tourism Board).

I was honored to speak further about the power of partnerships at Cayman Islands Department of Tourism Annual Conference (where I appropriately got photo bombed by a sun beam)!

Thanks Cayman for inviting me to speak! Excited for round two in Cayman Islands! ;)

Exploring Europe with Samsung

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Samsung. The opinions and text are all my own.

As a social media entrepreneur, my work keeps me traveling about the half the year, and while I get to see a lot of new places, I don't always have time to explore everything.

This summer my work took me to Europe with my close friend and photographer, Whitney Tressel, where we only had a couple days at a time to sight-see. Samsung's Bixby Vision made it easier for us by helping identify landmarks — like Schönbrunn Palace and the Natural History Museum — right from the Galaxy S8 camera.

It also helped me translate menus, so I could enjoy meals at the likes of Emiko Restaurant in Munich; the Michellin-starred Field Restaurant, and Ginger and Fred at the incredible Dancing House Hotel in Prague; and KOLLÁZS and Araz Restaurant in Budapest. Special thanks to Chef Marvin Gauci and Caviar and Bull Budapest for ending my week in Europe on a high note with some of the most creative dishes I've ever had.

Thanks to the Samsung DeX docking station, I was able to keep up with work emails while I made my way around Europe, without the hassle of carrying around a laptop. Learn more about DeX here

Cheers to Hilton Hotels Prague for taking such good care of us; Sofitel Munich Bayerpost and Hotel Bayerischer Hof Munich (where Obama stays!) for a suite stay; the adorable Hotel Schani Wien in Vienna for a memorable visit; the gorgeous Kempinski Hotel Budapest and Continental Hotel Budapest for fun views and incredible service; and the Széchenyi Bath for some much needed relaxation time.

Weeks like this are why I do what I do. Check out this CNBC article for some of my top tips for achieving success as a freelancer.

Now it's back to NYC, the home office and reliable WiFi (thanks New York Times)!

Tokyo Drift

This month, I flew to Tokyo to celebrate the upcoming wedding of my dear friend and fellow tech aficionado Jessica Naziri

We took in the sights of Takeshita Street, spent some time at the Meiji Shrine, experienced the city's iconic Sakura and had the time of our (nine) lives at Cat Café

Shoutout to Hyatt Regency Tokyo, and huge thanks to San Aihara at Shoot My Travel for capturing our unforgettable trip.

Until next time, arigatou gozaimasu and sayonara, Tokyo.
