If there’s one thing I love as much as innovation, it’s food, and this week I got to celebrate both.
I joined forces with Motivate Design and food industry experts from Maple, Freshly, Epicurious, OurHarvest and Chef Palak Patel for a live panel at Motivate Design HQ in the Financial District. After sharing their individual philosophies on food – from sources and preparation to consumption – the panelists shared key industry trends, from the growing relationship between tech and food to the importance of education when it comes to nutrition and food quality.
