A recent Congressional hearing challenged the future of TikTok, and addressed long-standing privacy and data concerns about the viral app. Chances are you've seen plenty of clips floating around of members of Congress grilling TikTok CEO Shou Zi Chew.
So what could this mean for both users and creators on TikTok? I joined FOX 13 D.C. to weigh in on how a possible TikTok ban could change the future of social media, and how we can prepare if a ban is imposed.
