Think Before You Post: The Power of Good Judgment Online
Good judgment is always trending. Especially online.
I recently had the opportunity to join two Tampa Bay morning shows, Great Day Live on WTSP and Daytime on WFLA, to talk about a topic that's near and dear to my heart: teaching the next generation how to make smart decisions on social media.
As a social media expert and a mom, I know firsthand that growing up online comes with a unique set of challenges. (And no, deleting a post doesn't always mean it's gone for good.)
The good news? A little digital common sense can go a long way.
From thinking twice before hitting "post" to understanding how our online actions can have offline consequences, we're helping students learn that good judgment is one skill that never needs an upgrade.
