Unless you've been living under a social media rock, you've probably heard that the future social media is making headlines seemingly every day. The latest spotlight is on the Protecting Kids on Social Media Act, which would ban children under 13 from joining social media and require a parent or guardian's consent for children under 18 to create accounts.
