Last week, while speaking to graduating SCAD students on Zoom, the above advice slipped out of my mouth. And while it sounded really snazzy and quotable – it’s also super true. 𝟗𝟏% 𝐨𝐟 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭. That’s pretty much everyone, folks. But are we treating our LinkedIn profiles like our résumés?
